The Tours at 15:15 Project (hereinafter referred to as "Project") is a franchise (copyright holder MelleM International B.V., Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as "Company") within which users, among other things, are provided with excursion booking services in the cities listed on the Project website https://15-15.tours (hereinafter referred to as "Website"). The Company also promotes the Project and provides information support services for the Project.
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") describes the conditions for the provision of services through the Project Website(s).
The User of the site is the person using the services of the Project. The User of the site guarantees that they are an adult and capable natural person or an authorised representative of a legal entity. All information provided and published by the User is accurate, truthful, fair, and reliable. The User undertakes to act within the framework of and in accordance with this Agreement.
By making a booking on the Project Website, the User thereby accepts the terms of this Agreement. Please do not use the Project's services if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement. The Project reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement (including with regard to the cost of excursions) unilaterally without prior notice at any time, and the changes are considered valid from the moment they are published on the Website.
The Project is not responsible for false information posted by the User on the Website that may cause direct and/or indirect losses to third parties or the User themselves.
For informational purposes, photographs and text (hereinafter referred to as Materials) are posted on the Project Website, the copyright of which belongs to the Company or third parties who have granted such rights to the Company. Photographs and texts may also be posted if sourced in the public domain on the Internet without author indication of restrictions. If you believe that any Materials violate your copyrights, please send proof of authorship to the email address info@tours15-15.com, and the Project will consider them as soon as possible. In the event of a violation of rights, the Project will immediately remove the Materials from the Project Website. All photographs are posted on the site for informational purposes only or to accompany an accompanying title or text.
The User understands and accepts that the Project has the right to change or terminate the Website with or without prior notice and that the Project shall not be liable to Users or a third party in the event of the suspension or termination of the Website. The Project does not guarantee that the Website will meet the subjective ideas and expectations of the User or that the platform will work without interruptions and technical errors.
Our Website is connected to Internet acquiring. You can pay for services with a Visa or Mastercard bank card. After confirming the selected service, a secure window will open with the payment page of the CloudPayments processing centre, into which you must enter your bank card details. The 3D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication. If your bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. For information on the rules and methods of additional identification, please contact the bank that issued your card.
The CloudPayments processing centre protects and processes your bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information is transferred to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further information is transmitted through closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability. CloudPayments does not share your card details with us or other third parties. The 3D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication. All transactions with payment cards take place in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard, and other payment systems.
The personal information you provide (name, phone, email, card number) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your bank card information is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our web server.

The User pays for the excursion booking upon confirmation of the order on the Website. Unpaid bookings will be cancelled.
All prices on the Website are indicated in Euros and include VAT. Before full or partial payment (with the possibility of additional payment on the spot), the User sees the final amount of all payments. The Project cannot and will not charge any other additional payments, fees, or commissions. After paying for the order, all information, namely: the date of performance of services, the amount already paid, and the amount of additional payment on the spot (if any) is automatically sent to the email of the Project and the User, and is an official confirmation of the transaction and guidance in case of disputes.
After the completion of the booking, the User receives a booking code confirming the order and payment for the excursion to the email address specified during the booking. To participate in the excursion, the User must present the voucher to the guide before the start of the excursion in printed or electronic form, downloaded to the User's smartphone or tablet.
The User has the right to declare the desire to terminate the transaction and return the money no later than 48 hours before the time of the provision of services (the start of the excursion).
Cancellation of the order with a full refund of the amount paid, as well as changing the date of the excursion and/or the number of participants, is possible no later than 48 hours before the date of the excursion specified in the order.
To do this, the User must send a cancellation email (changes in the date and/or number of participants) to the email address booking@tours15-15.com from the email address specified when booking on the site, including the following information:
Confirmation of acceptance of the cancellation and/or adjustments to the booking will be sent to the email address from which the request came.
Refunds are made only to the card with which the booking was paid.
Refunds are made by the Project to the User within a maximum time frame of 48 hours from the date of confirmation of accepted cancellation. The term for crediting funds to the card is determined by the card issuing bank.
A gift certificate (hereinafter referred to as Certificate) purchased on the Website entitles you to a free visit to one sightseeing excursion for the number of people indicated on the Certificate in any city of the Project. The validity of the Certificate applies only to sightseeing excursions "Tours at 15:15" and does not apply to other excursions in the city.
To use the Certificate, you must first register on the Website and present it to the guide before the start of the excursion in paper or electronic form.
Certificate validity is one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the Certificate.
The Certificate cannot be exchanged or refunded.
